Ramba Zamba

13yr old mare, imported from Italy.

This very special mare has been a major influence in our breeding programme, producing 5 exceptional foals, 2 of which are approved as stallions, including our very own Socrates. Between her maternal duties she has been used as a riding horse, and has competed at County level showing with success, and taken part in dressage and showjumping. She has attended 2 Breed shows under saddle with several wins and Reserve dressage champion.

She has also had a glittering in hand showing career, Supreme of Show twice, and Reserve Supreme on her only 3 visits to the National Breed show. Numerous other Championships and wins.

She is faultless in temperament and character, easy and uncomplicated in all aspects of handling. She is forward thinking ride, hacks out beautifully and has a soft mouth.

This is a very sad sale, but I think she deserves to retire from breeding and go on and give someone else a lot of fun. I will be very selective about where she goes to ensure a good match. Priced according to her quality and abilities.

Hobart Athos

Colt foal born 9 Feb 2024

Athos is out of our elite mare Maharani who was Breed Champion in 2023. His father is the renowned eventing stallion Adonis. Adonis has won many titles in sport across Austria, and was Reserve World Champion in 2015. Adonis has a great temperament and is a wonderful athlete. We expect Athos to mature to 14.2 +, he is well handled and we expect him to have a lot of potential under saddle.

Hobart Sancho

Sancho is out of Merida, and a full brother of Santos (below) by Hobart Socrates.

He’s a lovely model, and will again mature to 14.2+.
